My extended family was not supportive and I didn’t have anywhere to turn for help and considered ending our marriage. During this time my wife began attending a bible study in the home of a friend and not long afterwards I started attending as well. After four months of learning about Jesus and allowing the Spirit to work in my heart, I became a follower of Jesus and was baptized on January 2, 1986. Over the next 18 months my heart and life changed and to this day my wife and I have a wonderful marriage. God provided a way for me to live life to the fullest by trusting Him and His Word and am blessed with a strong marriage, two awesome daughters, one fabulous son-in-law and beautiful twin granddaughters.

My call in life is to be a servant of God by helping others know the love, grace, mercy and power of Jesus Christ. I believe God wants His creation to have a life filled with Faith, Hope and Love. Far too often people and families are not equipped to navigate the journey of life, individually or as a family, leaving them feeling helpless, without hope and no purpose. God provides a Savior, Counselor, Comforter, and King to give us a life that is out of this world. Aligning our lives and families with God's ongoing story revealed in His Word brings untold riches and blessings.

At Hope Mission Church, we are a group of people with hurts, habits and hang-ups on a Journey of Faith, Hope and Love. We have not figured everything out when it comes living the life God’s called us to live, but we love the Journey God has us on to Honor Him and serve our neighbors. Come journey with us.
